Technology is related to the usage of different tools to allow us to control the environment we leave in, the idea is make this a better place. Certainly there's no doubt Technology is changing our world in such a way that we don't even realise, sometimes for good others not.
Our closest example is our own library environment...
The human race's use of technology began with the conversion of natural resources into simple tools. Now simple tools are turning into highly complex tools.
This makes me think, what will be our future like, what gadgets will my children use? How will they relate to technology?
Hey, When Octavio turned his first year we decided to give out a piñata for his bday party. You would think the piñata character was Mickey mouse, Bob the builder or Winnie the Pooh... nope... his wish was the yucky "Crazy Frog"... for those who don't know him, is a semi naked little frog made popular within the mobile phone users. My son even recognised the jingle!
It is just a little example how immerse we are into new technologies that change so quickly. So if you're not fit enough you can loose this train... Hey... wait for me!!
